“what was your impression of the new year reception, mr zitoun?”

farid zitoun: “bernd tischler is a mayor with passion and a great deal of commitment. he shows his love for the city and its PEOPLE openly and honestly. his heart is in the right place. the ‘innovationcity’ prize is no surprise. ‘we lead the way’ is a motto that makes you want to go further. it motivates people and supports our claim to be a good business location.’

“why did you choose bottrop as the location for your business?”

“what do you have to say to critics of the evening?”

fill the bath with water at 35 degrees celsius. add 5 drops of lavender oil. soak your legs in the water. for 20 minutes. keep topping up the bath with hot water. up to a maximum of 40 degrees celsius. dry your feet. put on warm socks. relax for 30 minutes.

stand with your feet shoulder width apart. relax your knees. keep your back straight. bend your arms at chest height. move your elbows and knees slightly inwards. your back will lower slightly. breathe in at the same time. visualise your energy being stored in the core of your body. open your knees and elbows again. stand up slightly and breathe out. repeat the movement 18 times.

the charity ‘amélie’, which is active throughout Germany, wants to strike out in a new direction, as announced at its 12^th board meeting in bottrop. the charity, which supports children with chronic illnesses, wants to use new methods of communication primarily to attract greater interest.
the website is to be redesigned for the coming year. in addition, the plan is to develop the charity’s use of social media, to include the social networking sites twitter and facebook.
